Aug 04, 2017 · Since this change, my call service is terrible and unusable. I can receive calls and make calls but everything is garbled and then dropped. I do have a couple of smartphones which can use 4G which does work, but I prefer the flip phone. I called tmobile tech support about this and they said there is an issue in NYC which should be resolved soon.
