So I have been told that this can be accomplished with a combination of a router at each location running a GRE Tunnel and an ASA Firewall at each location. The main point is we need to confuse the joystick and camera into thinking that it is on the same subnet (192.168.0.1) even though there will be a lot of routing onto the Internet in between the two locations.
