As far as I know, you simply cannot have Compiz with any 3 screen setup at the moment. TwinView works because Nvidia does some trickery at the driver level, or some such. I've run a three monitor setup for awhile now on Solaris, Ubuntu Linux and I always have the same problem. Best you can hope for is a three monitor setup without any Compiz.

Anyway I could not get this card to work with 3 monitors either with the native Ubuntu drivers or the Catalyst drivers. So I tried another AMD card, HD6570 with 2MB RAM and had more success with this, straight up the native Ubuntu drivers worked after selecting the 3 displays.

Ubuntu runs just fine on a 4k monitor (full 3840x2160 at 60Mhz refresh) without any issues on any NVidia Quadro card AS LONG AS you are using their binary drivers. If you insist on only open source drivers (Nouveau), your mileage may vary as I have had awful problems just getting the Quadro cards to work at all with those drivers.
