I don't need to access that but would like to beable to dial out using the Rotory dial on the phone. I'm still perplexed that Xfinity Support told me Pulse works and it is turned on, on my voice line. ... Does Xfinity Voice Support Pulse Dialing? I was told it does but it is not working.

The dial telephone will work well. If you use a Virgin Media or TalkTalk line, you will hear the telephone ring, and you can answer it. But most likely you will not be able to dial out. A Rotatone device can be fitted to most dial telephones which will enable them to work on Virgin Media and TalkTalk lines.
