Mar 29, 2010 · It is probably because windows 7 won;t support CRT monitors so the screen might not be focused or look propeller i am afraid to say but it is time for a flat screen monitor even if it is a second hand one my first flat screen monitor was second hand. or have a look on amazon for one.
