XP SP3 system can be upgraded to run LLDP as well so they 2 appear in the network map of a win7 or Vista pc. It would be nice if the Windows SNMP agent exposed this data in the LLDP Mib ... · I think what you are refering to is MS LLTP not LLDP ...

Aug 12, 2011 · They do support LLDP, the vendor neutral equivalent of CDP. It appears that ESXi has support for CDP, but does it have support for LLDP as well? Moving forward we would find this very beneficial so we do not have to make a trip to our data center to check when we believe there is a physical connection issue.
