May 21, 2014 · Microsoft did have a very old product called NetMeeting that supported H.323, but that has long sense been discontinued. There are a number of products that support H.323 that run on Windows 7, including products from Polycom, Cisco, Spranto, etc. I use H.323 almost daily on Windows 7, but I don't use any videoconferencing products from Microsoft.
