Nov 15, 2013 · I have found settings for Remote Assistance in Windows RT 8.1 and have allowed, however, if I try to connect from my Windows 8.1 pc using Remote Desktop Connection it fails. It is the same whether I am logged in on the RT tablet using my Microsoft account or as a local user.
