    When I disable the SATA drive in BIOS, windows ME starts, but of coarse there is no SATA drive available. In SAfe mode, all drives,including the SATA drive are in Compatibility Mode, but I do not know what that means precisely. Further, the setup drivers delivered by the motherboard work for XP and 2000, but not for ME.
