According to that page, Windows 7 doesn't play MP4 files, yet it obviously does. I CAN play them in Windows 7 Professional, I CAN'T play them in Windows 7 Home Premium, therefore the support for those files is already in Windows 7 Professional... so it doesn't need a codec pack, as I didn't install one to play them in Professional.
