I can connect without any problems and can control my laptop via my touch cover keyboard/touchpad or even via the Touchpointer feature of the Remote Desktop app (which allows to use the touchscreen of the surface as touchpad).

Oct 17, 2012 · +1 for RT Surface support. Jump Desktop works great on Windows 8 Pro but since it is not in the Microsoft Store I am unable to install it on my surface running Windows 8 RT. I would love to help beta test that functionality as I use Jump Desktop every day!!! by far the best RDP client available!!
