Sep 30, 2016 · There is a generic Fax device shown due to Windows Fax & Scan. Fax & Scan is looking for a Fax Account, that is, a fax server name or location. I don't know what to use. I tried the Computer Name and it wasn't rejected, but it's not working. My fax is sitting in Windows F&S Outbox with a status of Pending and a Fax Account showing my Computer Name.
