    You could create a diskimage of a bootable DOS FLOPPY, including NTFS4DOS drivers, and boot that with advanced boot menu systems such as GRUB, GRUB4DOS, SYSLINUX etc. I am not sure whether those can boot from NTFS, though.

The tool is fine indeed, it never failed me before and should be definatley of usage for you. The tool itself can be found on a data utils set, Active@ Boot Disk, that also includes really mighty recovery, erase and backup tools.
