    I've never actually tried them, but supposedly the drivers you download here should allow you to use USB joysticks by emulating a standard PC joystick on the hardware interface level, assuming you are using a compatible chipset and EMM386.. Keep in mind that DOS Joystick support is very limited, so for most games you are going to be limited to (at best) four buttons.
