Jul 29, 2011 · Dot Matrix Printer. Hi, I have a dos program running on a Windows 7 (32-bit) machine that requires a dot matrix printer on LPT1 to print reports. There is no LPT1 port on the machine so I have bought a converter to link the cable to a USB port.

Dec 24, 2017 · Same problem here and same model LQ-300+II. Windows 7 32bit. Both users are having same problems. Connected by USB stand alone printer. Both of them just update yesterday and today. Been working fine for over 5 years.
