The IT Help Desk provides centralized technical support to departments and colleges across the entirety of Drexel University. Drexel IT now also includes College of Medicine IT and Instructional Media Services (IMS). It is located on the Ground Floor at Queen Lane (below the library). James Greene is the primary staff person there and is available Mon, Wed and Fri from 8am to 12 Noon.
