To see which ODBC function DG4ODBC is looking for and unixODBC isn't supporting it would be best to get an ODBC trace file. But as your unixODBC driver (unixODBC-2.2.11-10.el5) is outdated and these old drivers had a lot of issues when being used on 64bit operating systems (for example wrong sizeofint etc).

Commenting out line 201 in system.install at least lets you get to the Configuration page although I'm not crazy about doing that.
