Jan 26, 2017 · Zune 120 was working great and it shut down and came back up with the message "5" "contact support". What do I need to do to fix this?? I love this machine and am disappointed that it has stopped working. I got this mid-May of this year. I've bought several of the accessories for this zune and have invested a great deal of money in the who thing.

Mar 13, 2008 · :evil: I dropped my zune hardly two feet and it seemed to be working fine, then when i came back and looked at it later it had a stupid contact support screen on it. Zune said my warranty is void because i dropped it. I've only had it for like 2 months and this sucks.
