I've tested first with version 7.x-1.8 and it didn't work, the superfish menu was returned with both language of the site, but with version superfish-7.x-1.9-beta4 it worked. At time of writing this response, the answer is NO. superfish doesn't have multilingual support for drupal 7.

Jun 20, 2015 · But this is what you get when you try to simply tack, as an after-thought, multi-language support onto a system which wasn't designed for multiple languages in the first instance. IMO if Drupal is ever going to be able to claim that it is truly multilingual, at some point the current implementation is going to have to be completely scrapped and rewritten much deeper into the core.
