Install full Duke Nukem 3D Megaton Edition as already documented on this page. Copy the three folders in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Duke Nukem 3D\gameroot\addons from your PC to your \\RETROPIE\roms\ports\duke3d folder. This means you will have nw, dc and vacation subfolders.

The problem I'm having is the game does not have give me the option to select midi. My system already has a working midi port with my USB to midi adapter, so BASSMIDI would do nothing for me unless it unlocks some hidden feature in EDuke32 to allow midi out. Its almost like the windows version of EDuke32 has no ability to support midi music.
