Sep 08, 2018 · It’s official. DXO is the only photo editing software company that has not made an update to support .cr3 files. I looked around and every single other editing program can read and support them. This file format has been out for over 6 months. DXO won’t even read the converted DNG files from .cr3

Nov 24, 2019 · Actually there was a post about supporting Android DNG - that was a year ago. I tried to open some of my Pixel 3 DNGs but it’s still not supported by PhotoLab 3. Will generic DNG support ever be added? LR, ON1, Affinity Photo they all support it but PhotoLab does not! I would at least expect manual correction. @DxOStaff.PhotoLab any reliable info about this topic?

Jan 01, 2016 · It's a rendered image in the DNG package. So passing a DNG from DxO back to say Lightroom is kind of pointless. Might as well send LR a TIFF! It appear's DxO's "support" for DNG is simply as an output format and not a good variant at that, but they can't do anything but process the data and save it out as a non raw file.
