Ensure there are not any duplicate DYMO printers, if so please remove them. Once all DYMO printers are removed, remove labels from feed; Then disconnect the power and USB cord from the printer for 1 minute. Then reconnect the power followed by USB. The printer should re-appear, and you should now be able to print.
