Jul 13, 2015 · Normally, with the E1000 FailSafe Voltage error, it refers to a failure on the motherboard. You can drain the power from system by turning off the power supply, pull the power chord and hold the power button in for 20 seconds to drain the remaining power off the server board. Put the power chord back on and power up.
