    Each doctor's surgery and midwife centre in Edinburgh is different, what area are you in? As for your job, your body is used to that so carry on and you will be fine. My cousin is still running 10k races at 30 weeks pregnant, but she was very fit beforehand. Just don't start doing new excercises without checking with yoru midwife.
