Welcome to Cumbria Family Support. We have been supporting children and families in Cumbria since 1993! Children are the focus of our work. To achieve positive outcomes for children we work with the whole family, enabling each individual to recognise their strengths and role within the family unit.

East Cumbria Family Support provides support to families where there is some kind of difficulty or stress that is impacting on family life. We operate in Carlisle and Eden providing home based support by matching trained and vetted volunteers or employed family support workers to visit on a regular basis for a minimum of 2-3 hours a week. We also provide group support for parents and children.
