    Apr 30, 2001 · Oracle 9iAS does not support EJB. But iCache can cache EJBs. You must deploy EJB to Oracle 8.1.X database and using OEM tune iCache to cache this bean. This is a good idea to cache it, because Oracle does not support stateless beans :-) All clients has it's own instance of a bean. So, EJB support does not scalable without iCache.
