    Does anyone know why the H.263-ffmpeg library doesn't load into ekiga? I am trying to enable it for H.323 so that I can get 4CIF resolutions with OpenMCU. I got the H.264 codec to load into ekiga for H.323 but for some reason they won't negotiate H.264.-Adrien
