Jun 27, 2013 · Anyway. I have been on ESA (Employment Support Allowance) benefit for most of that time. I had my assessment back in December and was told in March that i was ineligible for it. scoring 0 points out of 15. I have appealed the decision, now pending review. but feel depression and anxiety are not enough grounds for being not fit for work.
