Apr 10, 2010 · I have also just installed a dummy printer driver ( epsom or some other), using an LPT port, did this twice with different configurations and the bidirectional support option is still always greyed out which makes me think the issue is to do with my system rather that the printer drivers.

Nov 22, 2019 · It has bidirectional support enabled, but its greyed out and I cant un-tick it. It is disabled on the queue on the server so I removed the printer uninstalled the driver and added the printer again but upon checking the properties the tick is still there. I added the printer on my laptop and bidirectional support is turned off.
