This looks like you didn't activate the EABI-support in your kernel: Like described in our Getting Started guide: Second, before compiling the kernel with make zImage you have to enable EABI support in the kernel config. Therefore enter make menuconfig and enable Kernel Features --> Use the ARM EABI to compile the kernel.
