Jan 06, 2020 · The Problem also does not exist if you use Outlook 2013 to open the mailto link. In Outlook there is an option: "Allow UTF-8 support for the mailto: protocol." However i cannot find such an option in Windows Live Mail. I tried all the options i could find which have anything to do with encoding in Windows Live Mail.
