If you do have troubles their docs help you out big time. In EY’s case, I could have paid $200 for a support plan, which I only needed to use what, 5 mins of someone’s time who knows what they are doing. I used the public IRC and got some help there, but again it isn’t always available, even though they were great guys in the irc chat room.
