Epilepsy Support & Education Services Inc. is still very much a grassroots organization with the Board members and volunteers doing the vast majority of the work. We occasional have fundraising projects but at this time we do not have a paid staff. We do this work out of our passion and desire to bring awareness of epilepsy to the public.

Epilepsy Support and Education Services was founded by three educated people with intractable epilepsy. Each lived with epilepsy for the past 40 years and feel the time has come for all people with epilepsy to not have to be ashamed or feel guilty about their epilepsy.

Nov 26, 2012 · Epilepsy Support & Education Services, formerly known as LAB Epilepsy Research Group, is the state's only epilepsy nonprofit organization, and holds support groups for people with epilepsy as well as their family members.
