eSupport.com: highly unreliable. A few weeks ago I bought BiosAgentPlus from eSupport.com. They promised money back within 30 days if not satisfied. Well, I am not satisfied and I have reported this as soon as possible. The driver updates BiosAgentPlus suggested, were mostly older than the ones I had installed (but with difefrent names).

May 04, 2012 · PC eSupport claims they will not charge the $89.99 if the problem is not fixed. My credit card was charged immediately and the technician did not solve my virus problem. I called back again and another technician took over my computer and supposedly solved the probelm but the exact same problem existed after the second technician worked on it.

Support.com isn't a bad place to work, but be prepared to be lied to or misled in training as to what your actual job responsibilities will be, or what the company/client policies are. The pay is minimal and it will never increase. There are no performance raises.2.7/5(499)
