Apr 15, 2009 · I just installed free ESXi on an HP Proliant BL460c (dual Xeon 5160 - VT supported per Intel datasheet) and am now trying to install the first guest vm - RedHat Enterprise 4U7-x86_64. Installer immediately responds that the "CPU does not support long mode. Use a 32-bit distribution".
