Feb 25, 2009 · Then I got the idea to run the converter and convert it over to the second server, but during the conversion I get "the destination does not support 64-bit guests." This is obviously a problem and not one that I seem to be able to solve.

Nov 26, 2009 · In the log i can see : Destination does not support 64-bit guests. I am able to create a Virtual machine on esx with the template for a Redhat 5 64-bit . I have read all the posts talking about that problem on this forum.

Im trying to add a 64 Bit OS to a ESXi 4.0 installation on my IBM X Series Server. It says that "The Destination does not support 64 Bit Operating Systems", but i thought your processor had to be compliant to install ESXi 4.0 anyway?

Nov 12, 2012 · Since ESXi server runs off of a boot CD and I am using the server for production, I decided to use Virtualbox to emulate ESXi. The server running ESXi is a Dell Poweredge R410. When creating a 64bit guest on ESXi, I keep getting the message that "the destination does not support 64-bit guests" since VT is not enabled.
