Jan 06, 2013 · I bought this really expensive Grand Hall Eternal hot water heater (model GU195) in April 2012 and it worked fine for a while. Over a month ago we started having problems and tried to get warranty service. In the beginning the Grand Hall cooperated with the local contractor who sold and installed the unit.

Jan 09, 2015 · I've installed about six Eternal GU195 water heaters for my customers. At first they seemed like a good product. Started having problems with ignition and flame failures mainly. Had to go back on every water heater. Tech support was good or bad depending on who answered.
