    Similar experience here. At first when emailing them they were pretty quick about responding. For context, my shirt clip broke out of nowhere (while I wasn't using it) and according to customer service, their site store page is down while etymotic is merging with lucid audio.

    Hello guys. I am wondering if anyone here has had contact with Etymotic's customer service in the last few months. I've had been in contact with them for a warranty issue and could send my monitors to a EU partner, great!
