Re: Windows Vista Sidebar I have a litttle problem with my side too ,even called support, don't know how much they helped. If my sidebar doesn't I just go to start & programs and open it , I guess you can go to the DEP security and shut it off to let the side bar work.

Jul 06, 2007 · maybe it has smth to do with regional settings in Vista itself. I have English version, but i choosed Slovakia during instal, and everything in sidebar is in C, not F. And yes, it has to be open, but you can choose in file-preferences-general "minimize button minizes to tray" option. and "hide main window on startup + "load everest with win"
