My phone line has crackling on it, this causes the Internet to disconnect and reconnect. If your phone line has crackling on it, it is better to contact your telephone provider, once the telephone has been fixed Exetel could check into the ADSL problem. This could also resolve your ADSL problem as a full working line is required for the ADSL.
