Mar 04, 2011 · So I decided to do it manually, so i get into the console an used the vm-support command. Again its made without errors and when I copy the .tgz file to my desktop the /var/log directory is missing. But if I see the /var/log directory in the console there are the files and I can copy one by one to see them.
