Feb 08, 2017 · I was under the Impression that Fallout New Vegas was inteded to run on 4 cores. I have an i5-6500 and the game runs *mostly smooth. it does dip painfully in certain areas, mostly due to the fact that it is Fallout New Vegas. If you are running a large ammount of mods, download the Fallout New Vegas 4gig patch, this resolved all of my crashes.
