Sep 15, 2013 · I ve had back problems since high school, Like Mikel, I ve found that a back support seems to help and a few years ago discovered deep tissue message seems to loosen everything up ,keeping the spasms away, drugs have never helped but Guinness applied liberally,internally helps to take the edge off , but only as a medicinal aid.

Oct 16, 2012 · I've heard a LOT about the associated back pain, with working as a farrier. On a scale of tattoo to surgery; how bad really is it? (I have a medium pain tolerence) And how long does it last, until your muscles get used to being bent over? Do you have any tips on helping the pain, or back strengthening excersices?

Lots of farriers do get back pain and things after years of doing their job, if you do it for 50 years you've got to expect a bit of wear and tear but certainly as just beginning out she shouldn't be that sore. ...
