I just went through a problem with Apple Mobile Device Support as well. I kept uninstalling it then right before it reached 100% it started back tracking back to 0%. I have windows 7. Control Panel --> Uninstall a Program. Right Click Apple Mobile Device Support --> Change. A window will pop up asking if you want to Repair or Remove. I said Repair
