They answered the question that Final Cut Pro X cannot import mxf files (nor can Compressor convert them) from Panasonic and other cameras that they support and suggested finding a third party conversion tool.

Hi, i also had troubles on FCP X 10.3.2 with mxf export, also with field issues on 25 fps interlaced. the files had tc breaks and corrupted frames like yours. quicktimeplayer sometimes played it , sometimes not. VLC played up to the frame. Fcp even crashed when coming to the corrupted frame when reimported.
