Is there any other fix to make Firefox 19 look better on the MBP Retina? I tried changing the values in about:config but i didn`t see much differance at all..surely there must be a way to make FF look sharper on the retina display. I still think it looks very soft and also kind of fuzzy on my Retina display.

Have you read and tried the suggestions in the recent thread Is there retina display support for new Firefox 19? /questions/950900. Please look at that and say what you have tried. This is a relatively new feature and does seem to cause some problems. There are some threads about this but not a mass of feed back about blurry screens.

Must be similar as Bug 674373 for Firefox. Background: Apple added support into Safari, Mail and a few other apps for new Macs with Retina display. A Retina display is a high resolution (HiDPI) display.

Jun 14, 2012 · From those who rushed out to get the Macbook Pro 15" with Retina Display today, reports are the latest Firefox beta has "fuzzy text" at retina resolutions. Particularly fuzzy website text because Firefox uses its own font rendering system which does not scale at retina resolutions.
