When I click on the link, it takes me to the download page for 11.3.300.257 which contains the big disclaimer "Flash Player does not support 64-bit versions of Windows XP and Windows Vista". I'm using Internet Explorer 9.0. If I don't use Flash Player 11.3.300, then which version am I supposed to use? And where can I download it? Thanks.

Jan 25, 2011 · There isn't a 64-bit version of Flash Player (at least not yet). While IE8 64-bit is your default browser, Flash content should open in IE8 32-bit. If you know a page has Flash content (or is dependent on one or more ActiveX Controls), open an instance of IE8 32-bit to access the page.

Nov 11, 2011 · Even before I moved into Win 7, I had issues in Win Vista with flash 11.xxx but only minor issues with some items, now almost all items are giving me grief. So this is my situation currently: - Win 7 (64) and Win 7 (64) enterprise - Firefox version 5, 6, 7 and now most recently version 8 (32 bit as FF does not have 64 bit)

Nov 05, 2008 · I use 64 bit Vista myself and I noticed that Internet Explorer 7 64 bit does not support Adobe Flash Player. I found this out when I first got vista by opening Internet Explorer 7 (64 bit) and trying to install Adobe flash player and Vista told me it's not supported. Just have to use regular Internet Explorer that comes with Vista. Raj

In fact, I'm willing to bet that you're running a bunch of them right now - not all applications have 64-bit versions and they still just work in Windows 64. Internet Explorer confuses. On 64-bit versions of Windows, two versions of Internet Explorer are included: a 32-bit version and a 64-bit version.
