the lumbar support is operated by a cable to the knob---we see the cable brake on these allot---you have to get a new lumbar asy $120,, the rear seat back cushion and cover has to come off to replace it ---if you are not up to this ,,then they do sell those pillows and add on lumbar supports at your local auto parts store ----if you need any more info just ask me we can go back and fourth on this page --

May 13, 2015 · You just lift the seat covering high enough to expose the lumbar support, unplug the electrical connection, replace, plug it back in, pull the seat covering back into place and secure. It takes about 15-20 min. and no tools required.
