Feb 11, 2010 · So I was wondering, what is it that's causing fraps to have to slow down the game? Is it having too slow of a hard drive to write data to, does fraps not work with multi-core CPUs well, just what is it? And how can I fix it so that it'll record properly? Oct 30, 2015 · fraps uses CPU OR GPU i wanna record cs: go when its installed i have 2 pcs in my house, 1 is dual core and the other is quad core when i try to record with the dual core i get major fps drop but i havent tried to record with the quad core yet ... Ideally you assign Fraps to record to a 2nd internal, dedicated drive. ...

Will it be MULTI-CORE Support ? ... the framerate is like that without FRAPS too, FRAPS writes to the SSD drive and Sins is running from other harddrive for fewer disturbances, Some major games like BF3 gets a huge drop in the framerate yes, impossible to record @ 60 fps. but i can record many games without any lags. ...
