Yeah some tv's do. Make sure you see what it is set at and match it on the ps4 or vice versa. It may SUPPORT "full color range" but come from the factory as "limited' (which it should). I know this sounds bass ackwards but limited is actually better than full range as it is needed to properly calibrate a tv's brightness and contrast.

For any input that has an option to switch to full range (Xbox 360/One, PlayStation 3/4, a PC, an Nvidia Shield), you need to change the setting to Full on both the TV and the connected device.
